After purchasing a gift voucher on line, I did not receive anything. After a day or so I filled in a message form from your website asking you to look into it. Still received no answer do I did it again with still no answer. I then rang the store and Keith (I think) said he would put one in the till for when the person came I to the shop. So sorry, not a good experience for me.
